SAVE THE DATES FOR OUR 2022 CRAFT MARKETPLACE IN BALTIMORE
Our flagship marketplace is back, and we can’t wait to gather in person again after two years! Come out to support and shop from more than 300 artists and take a weekend to celebrate all things handmade. Can’t make it to Baltimore? We’re excited to bring American Craft Made to you through brand-new e-commerce offerings.
Now in its 45th year, this ACC event was formerly known as our Baltimore American Craft Show. Mark your calendar and join us for the stellar handmade goods and inspiring connections with artists you’ve come to expect—with a fresh new look and feel.
We’re pleased to announce that our Baltimore event will be free to attend in 2022—part of our effort as a nonprofit to keep this marketplace accessible at a time of economic uncertainty for artists and shoppers alike. American Craft Made is one of many ACC programs intended to celebrate craft and uplift the field. When registering, guests will have the opportunity to make a donation to help us continue supporting artists’ livelihoods and connecting people to craft through events like this one.
Our 2022 marketplaces will be slightly smaller this year overall to ensure the safety of our guests and our artists.
COVID-19 Policy for Baltimore
The safety of our artists, staff, and guests is our top priority as we return to in-person events in 2022. We will be implementing the following policy for our American Craft Made marketplace in Baltimore to minimize the risk and spread of COVID-19. These policies may be amended closer to the event dates in response to changing public health conditions and local and federal guidelines. Updated October 2021.
- Exhibiting Artists – We are requiring that all of our artists show proof of a completed COVID-19 vaccination. Proof of vaccination may include a physical card—or a photo of a complete vaccination card that matches the artist’s ID—with their final dose dated at least 14 days prior to the event.
- Marketplace Guests – We will be requiring that attendees provide proof of a completed COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the prior 72 hours before entering the venue.
- Face Coverings – In line with the City of Baltimore’s current mask mandate, both guests and artists will be required to wear a face-covering within the event venue.
- Resources – Connect to a COVID-19 vaccine provider in your area through vaccines.gov. If you’ve been vaccinated but lost your card, find out who to contact here.
