Social Media Marketing with Erika Ortiz

In this session, Erika Ortiz from Adobe will give a class on How to Get Started with Adobe Express on Mobile – 10 Things Beginners Want to Know How to Do. It’s a complete getting-started guide for Adobe Express on Mobile, even if you’ve never used it before. You’ll learn how to use built-in templates, design from scratch, create a brand kit, resize for various social platforms, and even schedule your posts to go live on specific days and times on your behalf.

Come with your own images, videos, and logos to learn how to create custom posts with Adobe Express!

Product Photography with John Benigno – Now that you have created your masterpiece, how do you make digital files for competitions, galleries, etc.? Every competition, gallery, and exhibition has its own submission requirements.  Photoshop to the rescue!  It is a powerful photo-editing program. We start with the basics — techniques for downloading, importing, and organizing your photos.  We will move on to managing RAW files and understanding file formats, an explanation of menus and toolbars, image resizing, resolution, adjustment

About the instructor: John’s work has been collected by the Berman, Woodmere, Lancaster, and Noyes Museums, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, the Harry Ransom Center, the University of Texas at Austin, and the State Museum of Pennsylvania. PGC’s Fine Craft As A Business program assists PGC members and others in navigating the business world so they can be successful in running an art/craft business and/or participating in a craft show.  We do this by offering workshops and a Mentor Program to help people set up, maintain, or expand their art/craft business and to enrich their business skills in general. Workshops are open to both PGC Members and the public. The Mentor program is open only to PGC Members.
