Ilene is a member of the PA Guild of Craftsmen. She is on the Boards of the PA Guild of Craftsmen (PGC) as well as the Lancaster Designer Craftsmen Chapter of the PGC. She has a successful Etsy shop and has participated in some local art fairs. Her glass works are displayed at the Guild store, other shops in Lancaster, and in other locations in Pennsylvania.
