Instructor: Juliana Kapusta

Skill Level: Beginner

The historic art of traditional hand-hooked rugs has been admired since colonial times. Like many forms of art, hooked rugs were made out of necessity, utilizing scraps and upcycling. By pulling up loops of cut fabric, one at a time, you can create four sweet little songbird coasters. They measure 4¼” by 4¼”. You will learn everything you’ll need to know to finish the coasters at home. The kit will contain a pattern drawn on linen, a hooking frame, a hook, cut hand-dyed 100% wool, and backing to finish off your project.
All materials and kit fees are included in the tuition.
