Are you looking for an easy way to practice mindfulness? Are you often stressed and don’t know how to relax? Do you think you aren’t creative?
Do you struggle with perfectionism and lose the joy of flow in your life? Are you curious about mindfulness but don’t know where to start? Have you lost the childlike wonder of creativity?

If any of these questions hit home for you, then this class is for you! Zentangle is a relaxation and mindfulness technique that uses simple pen strokes for focus. It is easy to learn for ANYONE, even if you think there’s not a creative bone in your body. (I am here to tell you that there’s creativity in there, in your own style, with your own voice. And we love and embrace that!) We tangle patterns with simple pen strokes, in repetition, as we practice gratitude and mindfulness in addition to cultivating individuality, confidence, and stress relief all while “accidentally” creating original works of art.

During this class, you will learn the philosophies of Zentangle and learn 6-8 tangle patterns. At the end of the class, you will have all the knowledge you need to start tangling for relaxation immediately!

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

The Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen does not provide cash refunds for the cancellation of classes unless the class is canceled by the instructor or the Guild.

In order to request a withdrawal from a workshop, students must contact the Guild by phone at 717-431-8706 or contact us here at least 7 days prior to the class. Students who request a withdrawal at least 7 days prior to the class will receive a credit that can be used toward another workshop. No refunds or transfers will be given to cancellation requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice of the class.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts. If you are sick with Covid-19 or believe that you may have been recently exposed, please email kelly@pacrafts.org.
