We’re gearing up for our first event of 2024. Our Spring Fine Art & Craft Festival will be held at the Renninger’s Farmers’ Market in Kutztown, PA. This event is rain or shine, and we’re hoping for a beautiful sunny day. This is a nice, easy, and relaxed show, so consider coming out and having a good time.

DETAILS:

Set-up will start at 7 AM and the show will open at 9.

The show location is in Pavilion 1. This pavilion has a macadam floor, roof but no sides. Spaces are first come, first served. Pull one vehicle up to any available space. You may save a space for another crafter if you want to make sure you are next to each other. Please place a chair or something in the saved space to make it obvious that it’s a saved space. You may leave your car at your space, but please don’t pull your car onto the macadam floor of the pavilion.

Spaces have 12 foot frontage and can extend to 15 feet deep. Two 32 inch x 8 foot tables will be in each space. There are extra tables within the pavilion that you may carry into your booth area. There is no charge for extra tables. The supplied tables are very rustic, so please bring some table clothes or something to cover your tables. Even though it is a Flea Market Pavilion we want to do our best to upscale it a bit. No chairs are provided, so please bring your own.

Booth structures or materials should not extend into the main center aisle.

Although there are no display requirements, please display your crafts in a professional manner. Please keep your area neat and clean.

All items displayed must be the work of the craftsperson of record and must conform to the Reading-Berks Guild standards: excellence in craftsmanship, resolved design, and a unique voice or style. When possible, work should contain the maker’s signature or hallmark. Excluding photography and note cards, prints of original art must be clearly marked Print on the product. No “seconds” or “sale” signs are permitted. All shows are floor juried. Work displayed must be representative of your submitted application or you will be asked to remove it.

NO Electricity is available

The indoor Farmers’ Market opens at 8 AM. Food is available inside the market.

BREAKDOWN: 3 PM, May 4th. The Show Chairman may choose to change the breakdown time, based on extenuating circumstances.

PROMOTION:
This show is mostly promoted through social media. Please help us by providing quality images of your work. Email images and/or images of your craft process to: images@rbcrafts.org. Short video files are also welcome.
